Switching

There is no migration, because there is nothing to move

Both products pull from your origin. Switching is a DNS change you can test first and undo in minutes.

Create a zone pointing at the same origin
The same origin URL you gave Bunny. Nothing on your server changes, and your Bunny zone keeps serving live traffic throughout.
Pick the preset for what your site is
WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or custom. The cache and bypass rules are configured for you.
Test on the temporary hostname
Every zone gets a working hostname immediately. Browse the whole site, add something to a cart, log in — before any public DNS changes.
Move the DNS record
Point the hostname at us and let the certificate issue. If anything looks wrong, point it back — the old zone is still there.

Bunny sells delivery, with optimisation and security as separate products you add per zone. We sell a fast website: full-page acceleration, image optimisation, compression, firewall and analytics are all part of the same thing.

Three things stand out. One-click full-page caching presets for WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop that get the cart and login bypass rules right for you. Edge translation, which serves your whole site in another language from a URL like /sv/ with nothing installed. And a waiting room that queues visitors during a spike instead of letting your origin fall over.

Both are pay-per-gigabyte and both are cheap. The difference is what the gigabyte includes. Our EUR 0.01/GB covers image optimisation, minification, firewall, analytics, SSL and the accelerator presets. On Bunny, image optimisation is a per-zone monthly add-on, and their security product is priced separately again — so the comparison to make is total monthly bill, not headline rate.

No. Both products are pull CDNs, so there is nothing to move. You create a zone pointing at the same origin, test it on a temporary hostname, and switch the DNS record when you are happy. Your old zone keeps working right up until you delete it, so there is no cutover window.

Bunny has dedicated products for both, and if large-scale video-on-demand or a storage bucket is what you need, they are a better fit than us. We deliberately do one thing: making websites and webshops fast. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
